The family room up top had cozy beds and decent views. It's conveniently located in a walkable area, so exploring nearby attractions was easy.
The breakfast left a lot to be desired-cheap sliced bread and plastic-wrapped pastries don't quite hit the spot. Plus, the top-floor room was a bit of a trek, and I can see it being troublesome for anyone with heavy bags or mobility issues. Noise from other guests was noticeable at times, which could be improved with better soundproofing. A few additional on-site facilities wouldn't hurt, either.

Welcoming service, savoury breakfast with proper porridge. Public parking on site provided

The breakfast was a disaster-who serves cheap sliced bread and wrapped pastries? And the top-floor room was a hassle. All those stairs for a so-so view. I almost thought about giving a good review, but woudl have appreciated a complimentary gesture for my troubles. They really don't understand elite service here at all.

The hotel of choice in Inverness. Stunningly beautiful place with friendly staff and charming views. Well-organised and absolutely fantastic rooms, a spotless bathroom. An iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, and television available. Location - magnificent right by Castle and also the High Street and River Ness, hiking the Great Glen Way and the town centre, close to all shops, restaurants and pubs.

The family room was fantastic, super comfy beds, and the views were charming! We also enjoyed cozy evenings in the lounge and had fun chatting with other guests. The only small hiccup was that our room was on the top floor, which meant a few extra steps, but not a big deal at all. 😊

The room was really quiet for being close to the city. Loved how comfy the beds were. Staff were chill and helpful. Nice to have a tea/coffee maker in the room, too. Overall it was a decent stay.
But the breakfast selection was kinda lame, just cheap bread n wrapped stuff. There were noises from other guests in the stairwell.
